Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Development:Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners and resellers across regions.
- Relationship Management:Build strong, long-term relationships with partners to ensure alignment with Sarv's product vision and goals.
- Sales Enablement:Equip partners with the necessary tools, training, and resources to successfully sell Sarv's unified communication solutions.
- Performance Tracking:Monitor partner performance and collaborate to drive joint sales plans, marketing campaigns, and co-branded initiatives.
- Market Intelligence:Gather market feedback through partners to help improve product offerings and positioning.
- Collaboration:Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop partner programs and promotional strategies.
- Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or B2B tech sales
