Our technology is proven. Our customers-from 3PLs and e-commerce giants to emerging quick-commerce players-are already seeing transformative results. We have traction, revenue, and a powerful platform. Now, we need a business leader to turn this into market dominance.

The Opportunity: Build the Future of Logistics:

We are looking for more than a head of sales. We are looking for a co-founder and Chief Business Officer (CBO) to own the entire revenue engine.

This isn't a "business development" role with vague responsibilities. This is a mission-critical leadership position. You will be responsible for taking a product-market fit and scaling it into a category-defining business. Your goal: lead the charge to $1 Million in ARR within the next 8 months and beyond.

What You'll Own:

As our CBO, you will have complete ownership of the go-to-market strategy and execution. This includes:

- Sales Leadership: Building and leading a high-performance sales team. You'll start by doing the deals yourself-prospecting, pitching, and closing-and then scale that success by recruiting, training, and mentoring future A-players.

- Strategic Growth: Defining and executing a multi-channel growth strategy. This includes identifying new market segments, building strategic partnerships, and optimizing our sales funnel for maximum conversion.

- Marketing & Brand Building: Turning Logibee into a recognized brand. You'll lead efforts to generate demand through digital marketing, content creation, industry events, and public relations, creating a constant pipeline of qualified leads.

- Product Strategy: Partnering with the founding team to shape the product roadmap based on market feedback and revenue opportunities. Your insights will directly influence what we build next.

- Investor & Stakeholder Relations: As a co-founder, you will be a key representative of Logibee to investors, partners, and the market, helping to shape our narrative and secure the resources for hyper-growth.

Who You Are:

- A Proven Revenue Architect: You have a track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or enterprise technology. You understand the SaaS metrics that matter (LTV, CAC, churn) and know how to optimize them.

- A Hands-On Leader: You are comfortable in the trenches. You're willing to make cold calls, build relationships, and close deals, but you also have the vision to build and lead a world-class team.

- An Entrepreneurial Builder: You are excited by the prospect of building from the ground up. You are comfortable with ambiguity, thrive on challenges, and are ready to dedicate yourself fully to one idea, one goal, and one product.

- A Strategic Thinker with a "Hacker" Mindset: You combine big-picture strategic thinking with modern growth hacking - tactics. You know how to test, learn, and scale what works.

- Equity-First & Investor-Ready: You are looking for a founding role and are comfortable with a compensation package that is heavily weighted toward equity in the short term, with the vision and capability to attract investment alongside us.
