Overview: - As Lodha is envisioning to grow from 18,000 Cr to 50,000 Cr company by 2030, our ability to understand our customers, derive insights and deploy right technology tools becomes very critical, as that would enable an agile and nimble growth for the organization. - While Lodha is India's number 1 real estate developer, it is also a pioneer in Technology domain, with BelleVie - 'Premium Lifestyle home super App' (Digi realty Technologies Private Limited) being its 100% owned subsidiary disrupting the market with a strong team (~40) of technology experts (incl. architecture, front end, backend, designers, dashboard, product managers, etc.) from top start-ups/ organizations. - In sync with our vision of 50,000 Cr by 2030, we now have a leadership level opening, where we are looking for someone to build our own in-house Data Sciences Lab/ Center of Excellence (CoE), a unique 0 to 1 opportunity, which will look after the needs of Lodha Group with significant opportunities of collaborating with verticals and best in class BelleVie platforms. - We are looking for an experienced and talented data scientist with sharp business acumen to set up a robust data and machine learning infrastructure to develop models to analyze large amounts of raw information, that provides actionable insights to business teams/ verticals, which would help improve company topline/ bottom-line. - You should be highly analytical with a knack for analysis/ ability to identify patterns, being comfortable with ambiguity and must be passionate about machine-learning and research. Job Responsibilities: - Conceptualizing business problems and drive frameworks - Applying advanced analytics and AI/ML techniques to solve complex business problems - Set up infrastructure for data analysis & data mining to generate actionable insights - Ability to set-up your own team & drive the vertical, developing next in line leaders - Undertake pre-processing of structured and unstructured data - Analyze large amount of information to discover trends and patterns - Create dashboard & visualizations from scratch to present data in logical manner to stakeholders - Build predictive models and machine learning algorithms - Collaborate with cross functional teams with diverse backgrounds & perspectives - Communicating effectively and presenting insights coherently - Ability to work with the senior-most leadership within the company Key Requirements: - 5+ years of experience - Led a team in previous organizations - Good understanding of relevant technological tools - Passionate about machine learning & research - Proven experience in data mining - Analytical mind & business acumen - Critical thinking & problem-solving skills - Be open to receiving constructive feedback and improving upon it
