- Land and microclimate: Shape the biodiversity and green-infrastructure strategy for the site.

- Commercial integration: Work with the commercial team on how sustainability is positioned and priced across tenant segments.

- Regulatory and policy: Represent the business in policy engagement on power, renewable energy and sustainability regulation relevant to the sector.

Candidate profile:

- Working knowledge of hyperscaler sustainability procurement practice at benchmarking depth, not citation depth.

- Operational experience on at least one major sustainability certification or disclosure programme (RE100, SBTi, GRESB, CDP, LEED or equivalent).

- Comfort with Indian regulatory frameworks relevant to power and renewable energy procurement.

- Able to hold a technical argument with Clients, MEP engineers, Power Trading Teams, investors and rating-agency analysts.
