Job Title: Key Account Manager - Large Accounts

Day Shift & 5 days a week

Experience: 5+ years

Relevant Experience: Core Data Center, Network, Security, HPC, IT Infra, Cloud Ops, Data and Analytics, Cybersecurity, etc.

SHI Solutions India is a leading systems integrator offering cutting-edge solutions across IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Center, Managed Services, and Digital Transformation. We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Manager to join our Strategic Accounts team and drive growth by managing large enterprise relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive revenue growth from assigned strategic enterprise accounts with wallet size ranging from INR 50 Cr to INR 500+ Cr

- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets (INR 10 Cr+ per year)

- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, etc.)

Drive consultative selling of SHI Locuz offerings including:

- Cloud & Data Center Transformation

- Managed Services

- IT Infrastructure Modernization

- Cybersecurity Solutions

- Network & Collaboration Solutions

- Collaborate closely with internal pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery

- Track market trends and customer needs to provide strategic inputs for new solution development

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the IT services or system integration space

- Proven track record of handling enterprise accounts with annual revenue contributions of INR 10 Cr+

- Experience in managing complex accounts ranging between INR 50 Cr to INR 500+ Cr in size

- Deep understanding of SHI solutions or similar IT service offerings

- Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
