Role & Responsibilities:
- Design and execute HR policies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with B2B goals.
- Lead talent acquisition & Workforce Planning.
- Build a culture of growth, collaboration, and accountability.
- Establish performance management frameworks & KPIs.
- Drive employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Oversee Compensation & Benefits planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws & regulatory norms.
- Optimize HRMS to meet organizational needs.
- Identify organizational gaps and propose scalable HR solutions.
- Represent HR in strategic management discussions.
You should have:
- 4-8 years of HR leadership experience, preferably with a fast-growing B2B start-up
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, C&B, and employee relations.
- Exceptional communication & stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in entrepreneur-led, fast-growing environments preferred.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute operationally.
