Role & Responsibilities:
Revenue Ownership: Drive overall revenue, growth and profitability for the business.
Enterprise Sales Strategy: Build and execute a strong B2B/enterprise sales strategy within the textile ecosystem.
Founder Collaboration: Work directly with founders on business planning, GTM strategy and scaling initiatives.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a large sales team (50-60 members), ensuring performance and productivity.
Category Expansion: Identify and drive expansion in existing product categories and explore new opportunities.
Key Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with large enterprise clients.
Performance Management: Set targets, tarck KPIs, and implement systems to improve conversion and efficiency
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competition and customer needs to refine strategy.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute (preffered)
- 8+ years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales (textile or allied industries preffered)
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing large sales teams.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in scalling businesses and handling high growth environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work closely with founders.
