Role Overview:

Team Lead ORM to drive and oversee our ORM operations, ensuring excellence in

delivery and client satisfaction.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys

leadership, problem-solving, and working closely with high-profile brands.

What youll be doing:

- Lead and mentor a team of ORM executives to deliver quality brand engagement and insights.

- Oversee daily ORM operations, ensuring SLAs and quality standards are met.

- Manage client relationships, acting as the primary escalation point.

- Analyze online conversations and trends to proactively identify potential brand risks.

- Prepare and review ORM reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.

- Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen client strategies and process efficiency.

What were looking for:

- 4-6 years of ORM / social media / digital customer experience background.

- Strong leadership skills with prior team-handling experience.

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management abilities.

- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting & insights.

- Crisis handling and quick decision-making capability.

- Hands-on exposure to ORM platforms/tools (Locobuzz experience is a plus!).

Role Details:

- Location: Onsite at Locobuzz office (5 days work from office).

- Position: Full-time, Team Lead ORM.

- Reporting to: ORM HOD.
