Location Head

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Location Head to manage complete branch operations, team performance, revenue generation, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end branch/location operations

- Lead and manage a team of 25+ members

- Drive minimum business volumes of 25+ Cr

- Achieve monthly revenue targets of 7 Lakhs+

- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, credit, operations, and collections teams

- Build strong relationships with Banks, NBFCs, channel partners, and customers

- Monitor operational efficiency, compliance, and portfolio quality

- Drive team productivity and performance management

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Strong experience in Banking/NBFC/Lending industry

- Proven experience in branch operations and team management

- Strong leadership, business development, and operational management skills
