The Opportunity

You will play a high impact role in a disruptive fintech company and work closely with the management team. Your role will involves managing and enhancing relationships with existing bank and NBFC partners to increase monetization and customer satisfaction.

This can be a very exciting opportunity of working directly with the senior team of a fast growing global fintech.

The Role

Business Volume Achievement:

- Meet targeted revenue and AUM objectives for each partnered bank or NBFC.

- Work with lenders to onboard corporates within supply chain finance programs

- Work with lenders to streamline sales, credit, risk and operational processes such that each lender account can scale significantly

- Foster retention of existing banking and NBFC partnerships while actively seeking avenues for business expansion.

- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for enhanced client penetration through cross-selling and upselling within each account.

Existing Partnerships

- Coordinating ongoing day to day relationships at lenders to ensure the partnerships function smoothly

- Resolving lender side escalations raised by internal Sales / Finance team including but not limited to in person meetings with lenders key persons for issue resolution wherever needed

- Engage for product initiatives

Relationship Management:

- Monitor weekly campaign performance metrics and successes achieved in collaboration with lenders

- Generate monthly lender scorecards, offering insights areas for improved business traction.

- Enhance stakeholder satisfaction through strategic engagement, leveraging references and coordinating joint events.

Compliance and Process Adherence:

- Maintain a regular heatmap of lender relationships, prioritizing active management and alignment with sales processes.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline integration efforts and enhance portfolio offerings.

Ensure strict adherence to sales processes, including the use of CRM software

The Ideal Candidate

- Degree in business or related field, MBA preferred

- 2+ years of relevant experience in credit, sales and relationship management

- Deep knowledge of supply chain finance

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

- Proven ability to build, manage and develop lender relationships

- Outstanding analytical abilities

- Go-getter, self-motivated and has the drive to create strong funnel and close multiple deals

- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.

- Able to do the balanced task of promoting lender satisfaction within the company and grow our revenue with the lender
