The Role : - Analysis of financial statements and preparation of credit assessment memos for secured and unsecured SME loans including surrogate products - Credit evaluation of borrower transaction history, underlying collateral, credit bureau, bank statement and other external data - Preparing review and renewal credit reports for revisiting limits - Personal discussions with customers &amp; credit checks of applications as per policy - Initiate and review legal and technical reports for MSME cases - Suggest credit policies, credit lines, procedures and standards in conjunction with business - Customer query resolution pertaining to sanction/disbursements - Monitor loans on a continuous basis to ensure minimal delinquencies and NPA - Constantly thinking of new ways to Leverage technology for faster credit evaluation The Ideal Candidate : - 2+ years of experience in credit in a leading Bank/NBFC in the NCR region - Prior secured and unsecured SME loan experience - Understands balance sheets, profit and loss and cash flow statements thoroughly - Thorough knowledge of all types collaterals - Legal and Technical - Experience in risk and/or collections will be a plus - Experience building a network of technical and legal service providers - History of very low delinquencies and top performance - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Strong process oriented skills and a high degree of solution orientation and perseverance - A Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution; CA will be preferred Why Join Us : We offer a competitive salary and health insurance.
