What You'll Own
- End-to-End Metric Ownership- You'll own our core business growth metrics-acquisition, activation, retention, referral and revenue. Design and maintain live dashboards, set weekly targets, and lead business reviews.
- Data-Driven Opportunity Identification - Brainstorm problem statements and convert business problem statements into data problem statements. Identify highest-impact ideas for product or process improvements.
- Run & Learn from Experiments- Plan simple A/B or pilot tests, track the right metrics, analyze results, and recommend whether to scale or roll back.
- Insight Storytelling- Turn complex analyses into crisp, narratives, reports, and dashboards that guide executive decisions.
- Data QA & Automation- Review reports for accuracy before they go live, identify and fix data quality issues, and build or automate ETL pipelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales and Support teams to translate your insights into prioritized roadmaps and process changes.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in Product/Growth Analytics - Direct experience owning funnel metrics (e.g., MAU, activation, retention cohorts).
- Analytics capabilities- You're comfortable writing SQL queries across multiple tables, and have advanced understanding of Python and data manipulation packages (Pandas, Numpy).
- Strong Statistics & Experimentation- Comfortable with statistical methods and data patterns (regression checks, simple clustering, A/B-test analysis).
- Dashboard & Visualization Expertise- You build and maintain visual reports and dashboards in Metabase, Looker, Tableau or similar that drive decisions.
- Collaborative Problem Solver- You can structure problems, partner seamlessly with diverse teams to solve the problems in a way that shows business impact.
- Bias for Action & Ownership- If data or dashboards don't exist, you build them yourself-no hand-offs.
- Exceptional Communication- Clearly explain data findings and insights to technical or non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation- Regularly seeks feedback and experiments with new approaches.
