- On intra city logistics, our tech drives food delivery, quick commerce, e-commerce and grocery for all the majors.

- Our intercity technology powers part truck Load, full truck load, linehaul and warehousing for large Enterprises.

We also build strong supply facing apps and platforms for digitizing lakhs of delivery riders, fleet owners and transporters to build out a fully connected supply chain ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities:

- Drive Organization Transformation to achieve business outcomes.

- Partnering with Business leaders to seed the right culture tenets - Co-lead the people journey through HR Business Function.

- HR Strategy Alignment- Translating business requirements into effective HR practices in the unit, addressing the HR implications of business plans, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.

- Expect the role to expand and evolve steadily giving ample opportunity for growth and responsibilities.

- A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.

Qualifications, Experience & Characteristics Required

- Manage employee exit process and conduct exit interviews.

- Partner with business leaders and implement PMS.

- Carryout thorough HR Audits in satellite offices/hubs.

- Ensure great working culture, perform internal investigations and take constructive actions.

- Interview employees 1 on 1 and generate insights of employees happiness, needs and wants.

- Maintain employee data and ensure proper data hygiene.

- Support in payroll process.

- Drive employee engagement activities with ownership and take new initiatives.

- Organize and host regional level events and ensure maximum engagement.

Qualifications:

- 3 - 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a start-up.

- Post-graduate degree in Human Resources, preferably from premier institutes.

- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.

- Extremely detail oriented. Take the initiative to get things done when there is an opportunity for improvement.

- Good analytical skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced with quick decision-making environment.

- Willingness to travel.
