You will be responsible for coaching Senior Leaders and driving People strategy at Loadshare. You would get to set HRBP Function from grounds-up, including setting up the right people practices and building a team that reflects the First principal mindset. You shall play an instrumental role in setting up the right Talent Brand and Culture for Loadshare Product, Business, Design and User Research Teams / Engineering, QA, Data Sciences, Platform Engineering and Analytics. Responsibilities - Drive Organization Transformation to achieve business outcomes - Partnering with Business leaders to seed the right culture tenets - Co-lead the people journey through HR Business Function - Partners with the key stakeholders to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent management strategy - HR Strategy Alignment- Translating business requirements into effective HR practices in the unit, address the HR implications of business plans, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives - Mentor teammates to Design, implement and monitor special projects / initiatives focused on strengthening employer brand and elevate talent density - Coaching and Leadership Development for first line managers around culture setting, performance discussion and development of employee - Expect the role to expand and evolve steadily giving ample opportunity for growth and responsibilities - A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement Qualifications, Experience and Characteristics Required - 3 - 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Start-up - Post graduate degree in Human Resources, preferably from premier institutes - Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills - Extremely detail oriented. Take the initiative to get things done when there is an opportunity for improvement. - Good analytical skills and effective stakeholder management. - Ability to work in a fast paced with quick decision-making environment, and be able to create structures and strong processes - Excellent Problem-Solving skills and First Principle Thinking
