Role Purpose:
The Learning Manager will lead the design, delivery, and facilitation of impactful learning experiences that build future-ready capabilities across Lloyds Technology Centre. This role will focus on creating engaging, learner-centric programs that drive performance, foster continuous learning, and enable leadership development. The Learning Manager will partner with business leaders, HR, and external experts to ensure learning solutions align with strategic priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Focus Areas:
1. Learning Strategy, Design & Facilitation
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with business goals.
- Design and facilitate high-impact learning experiences, including leadership programs, capability-building sessions, and workshops.
- Leverage blended learning, digital platforms, and experiential methods to create engaging, learner-centric programs.
2. Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and learning needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external experts to co-create learning experiences.
3. Learning Technology & Innovation
- Leverage modern learning technologies and tools to enhance learner experience.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in learning and development.
4. Measurement & Impact
- Define success metrics and measure the effectiveness of learning programs.
- Use data and feedback to continuously improve learning solutions.
Candidate Attributes:
- Proven experience in learning design and facilitation in a corporate or tech environment.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and digital learning tools.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
