The role involves partnering with the MD of the Lloyds Technology Centre & Head HR, as well as the Group Chief Talent Officer, to build the centre initially as a hub for Engineering, Product, Data & Analytics excellence, with potential expansion to other capabilities. The role holder will be critical in attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining talented colleagues who can grow their careers through meaningful, exciting work at the Lloyds Technology Centre, contributing to LBG's success in delivering its growth strategy. Key Focus Areas: 1. Recruitment Strategy & Delivery - Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the Lloyds Technology Centre in collaboration with the MD and Head of HR. - Implement a multi-channel recruitment strategy. - Ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes, emphasizing candidate and hiring manager experience. - Build segmented recruitment processes without compromising quality. - Provide ongoing recruitment insights and statistics. 2.
