Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead, hire, train, and mentor a team of Collections and Cash Application Specialists.
- Establish clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collections efficiency and reduce DSO.
- Oversee daily cash application processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to resolve payment issues
- Monitor key metrics and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives across collections and cash application functions.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Handle escalations and complex customer issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Support Auditsand provide Documentation as required
- Participate in Strategic Planning and Budgeting for the department

- Proven leadership experience in managing finance teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (Workday Financials preferred).
- Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures
- Experience with process improvement and change management
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
