
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reviewing the item master to identify any anomalies with regards to cost, inventory classification
- Performing the inventory analysis, like, aging of inventory including WIP, following up with respective teams to identify non-moving inventory and reporting to management
- Performing variance analysis, comparing actual vs budgets and notifying management with reasons for deviation
- Performing monthly, quarterly and yearly closing activities including balance sheet reconciliations
- Performing the inventory roll forwards every month
- Identifying and fixing the internal control issues with regards to inventory management
- This role also includes performing system transactions in the events of scrap to adjust the inventory
- Supporting management in developing the cost records including cost sheet
- Reviewing the new assembly cost and assigning the labour and overhead rates
- Working with IT team to improve existing processes
- Orchestrate periodic inventory count and report the variances
Desired Profile:
- CMA with 3 years of manufacturing of experience preferable from automotive/ power industry
- Candidate having basic awareness on GST law with regards to purchase/sale/transfers is preferable.
- Familiarity to of ERP like; SAP, Oracle, Microsoft applications
