Job Role: Team Lead - Market Intelligence

Experience: 8 - 12 years of experience in data science roles, including 2+ years of experience in leading a team of 10 members or more.

Shift: 12:30PM to 9:30PM (Europe Shift)

Work Mode: 4 days work from office & 1 Day work from home

Experience/Skills :

- 8-12 years of experience in data science roles, 2+ years of experience in leading team of 10 members or more

- Candidates must have 2-3 years of people management/team handling experience. Minimum 10 to 15 members.

- Strong communication skills are mandatory.

- Advanced SQL skills including complex query design, performance tuning, and stored procedure development.

- Exposure in cloud-based solutions and Machine Learning

- Strong programming skills in Python / R; Experience with ML libraries: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch

- Expertise in: Time-series analysis, Forecasting models, Anomaly detection, NLP etc.

- Experience with Power BI / Tableau / Qlik; Strong knowledge of data wrangling, feature engineering, and model optimization

- Strong knowledge of relational and dimensional modeling; ability to translate business processes into entities, facts, dimensions, and KPIs.

- Strong experience in end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle management, including model development, validation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement, aligned with structured workflows used in analytics and CoE initiatives.

- Hands-on exposure to MLOps practices

- Core Data Analyst profiles with team handling experience

- L1 Interview: 15 min screening call and case study

- L2 Interview: Manager round

- L3 Interview: PL round

- L4 Interview: Onsite round

- L5 Interview: HR round
