Whats the role about?

As a Regional Head Sales (FOFO), you will spearhead Livspaces revenue and growth across your assigned region, with a strong focus on expanding and managing franchise partnerships. Youll own regional performance, drive franchise success, and work cross-functionally to build a scalable, profitable ecosystem across cities.

What you'll do:

- Lead a team of General Managers & Business Managers, and indirectly influence 100+ stakeholders including franchise partners.

- Drive business expansion through onboarding, training, and performance management of franchise partners.

- Ensure sales targets, partner ROI, and customer experience benchmarks are met across FOFO cities.

- Collaborate with Central and Regional Marketing to co-create regional offers and marketing strategies for partner success.

- Take full ownership of regional revenue, profitability, and sales hygiene metrics.

- Develop systems to monitor franchise operations, compliance, and service quality.

- Enable a high-performance culture through ongoing coaching, structured reviews, and incentives for franchise and internal teams.

- Liaise with cross-functional teams (Design, Ops, Supply, Central FOFO team) to ensure seamless partner and customer journeys.

Skills And Expertise

What were looking for:

- 8+ years of total experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role in Sales, Growth, or Franchise Development (City Head/Cluster Lead, etc.).

- Strong exposure to FOFO/Franchise models in consumer or retail-facing industries (interiors, fashion, food & beverage, edtech, etc.) is a big plus.

- Deep understanding of business operations, revenue levers, and partner lifecycle.

- Proven experience in driving sales through partner/channel ecosystems.

- Excellent people leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- High ownership mindset with the ability to scale revenue and maintain service quality.

- Tier 1 MBA or background in fast-paced, high-growth environments is preferred.
