Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Operations Leaders for multiple locations to oversee the end-to-end execution of residential interior projects. This role is critical to ensuring timely delivery, high-quality execution, and superior customer satisfaction across regions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in operations, team management, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead City/Region operations and ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of interior projects.

- Own Customer experience throughout the customer journey.

- Own project handover timelines, vendor coordination, workmanship quality and customer satisfaction metrics.

- Build and manage teams including senior managers, project managers, site supervisors.

- Collaborate with design, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Create, monitor, and improve SOPs to drive operational efficiency and scale delivery capacity.

- Work closely with leadership on process excellence, cost optimization and customer success initiatives.

Key Requirements

- 6-10 years of experience in operations.

- People with experience in leadership role in operations in Startups can also apply.

- Proven experience in scaling and managing large field teams and vendor networks.

- Process-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Hands-on approach with an ability to work in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments.

- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in Engineering / Architecture from Tier 1 Colleges.

- MBA from Tier 1 college is a plus.
