JD - Product Manager   Livspace's vision is to make homes beautiful through design, products, and services the world over.  We're a design and technology first team and employ a combination of data science, algorithms, and industrial design to create unique experiences for home owners and scale the job of interior designers.  Our founding team combines world class talent and entrepreneurial experience gathered at companies like Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, Amazon, Flipkart, Adobe, Myntra, and Space Matrix.  We're well funded: our investors include top venture firms like Helion, Bessemer, and Jungle.  We are looking for a Product Manager who would own up the complete online shopping experience.  Responsibilities :  - Be the CEO for the online shopping experience.   - Develop a deep understanding of our customers, business stakeholder needs and backend systems. Understand how people furnish their homes in great detail.   - Understand the questions and concerns that one might have at every stage.   - Being the customer advocate inside the company.   - Own the immediate term features.   - Develop a midterm and long term product roadmap.   - Define and manage detailed software and feature specifications, coming up with innovative solutions to customer problems, mocking up concepts, writing functional specs, writing copy, and doing whatever it takes to express your ideas to our engineering team.   - Plan for the long term success of the company and keep an open mind for the long term opportunities open to us.  About You :   - A seasoned Product Manager (at least 3+ years) at a startup or consumer tech company.   - You are equally comfortable working with UX designers, Engineers and Business stakeholders.   - Excellent product judgement.   - Analytical mindset: wherever possible, you prefer to resolve questions through data and measurement First Principles Thinker & a great Problem Solver.   - Attention to Details. Structured thinker, who could bring clarity in any discussion. Strong interpersonal skills.   - Ability to write clearly and concisely.   - Great communication skills. Asking questions, listening, facilitating and arbitrating discussions, and presenting ideas to groups large and small are all things you are good at.   Graduated from IIT / IIM / ISB / Other Tier - 1 colleges, or built a startup.
