Job Description:

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to lead the Group Accounting and Financial Reporting function for a fast-growing, multi-entity organization with operations across India and overseas.

The role will be responsible for driving group consolidation, statutory financial reporting, and technical accounting governance while ensuring compliance with Ind AS, IFRS, and Singapore FRS. The position will work closely with business and finance leadership on complex accounting matters, reporting timelines, and strengthening financial controls across group entities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation and reporting across entities.

- Prepare and review standalone and consolidated financial statements with applicable accounting standards.

- Act as SME for Ind AS / IFRS, advising on accounting implications of new transactions, restructuring, and business initiatives.

- Ensure accurate intercompany in line reconciliations, eliminations, and alignment of accounting policies across the group.

- Support accounting for complex areas such as revenue recognition, ESOPs, financial instruments, leases, expected credit losses, and purchase price allocation.

- Coordinate with statutory auditors (including Big4 firms) completion of audits.

- Partner with business teams to evaluate M&A to ensure timely transactions, restructuring initiatives, and accounting policy changes.

Desired Profile:

- CA with 6-10 years of experience in consolidation and group reporting.

- Strong technical expertise in Ind AS / IFRS.

- Experience in multi-entity, multi-country, and multi-currency environments preferred.

- Prior experience with Top 10 audit firms (Statutory Audit or Accounting Advisory) is highly desirable.
