The City Sales Head leads a team of 10 to 15 highly motivated General Managers & Business Managers. They will also have an indirect reporting of around 200 People under their respective cohort. The RHS is responsible for growth in their respective Regions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify the matrices required for growth across cities where Livspace is present.

- Quanify resources that are required in these respective regions.

- Come up with the offers or marketing activities that are required.

- Manage the complete P&L and carry out AOP Plan for respective regions.

- Build and scale this high-performing team for a predictable and sustainable business with P&L responsibility.

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the right steps for the regional growth.
