If you value autonomy, enjoy a good challenge and believe in getting things done, this is the right place for you. - Home improvement services category includes civil &amp; MEP works (eg false ceiling, painting, tiling, electrical, plumbing) and non-standard furniture (eg wall paneling, vanity unit). These services are delivered through a curated marketplace of 300+ Livspace-certified contractor partners and an In-house contracting team Role : As Category Manager, you will be responsible for expanding the services category (depth and breadth) and improving customer experience by ensuring the availability of high-quality supply. You will also be responsible for monitoring the supply side marketplace health and supplier growth initiatives. Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Increase the breadth and depth of your category - Define the sales strategy for your category - Increase GMV and gross margin - Ensure adequate supply of contractor partners across service categories, price points, and locations within a City - Ensure training and on-boarding of contractor partners - Institutionalize service delivery norms - Refine processes and supply side tech workflows to increase efficiency and ensure a better experience for contractor partners Must have : - 3+ years of overall work-experience preferably in start-ups or operations - Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making mentality - Strong problem-solving skills - Extremely high level of ownership - NIT/BITS/IIT and an MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools only - Previous category management experience - preferable
