Role Description : We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst who will manage a team of 4-5 Business Analysts. As a leader, you will be responsible for the business analysis service provision for a business unit, where advice is given and decisions made will have a measurable impact on the profitability or effectiveness of the business unit. Key responsibilities of this position include: - Leading a team of 4-5 Business Analysts - Planning the business analysis effort, managing requirements, and reviewing deliverables created by the BAs for quality and consistency - Understand the business problem, develop a relevant hypothesis, and build models - Identify actionable insights and translate them into business initiatives - Working closely with different teams (sales/operations/product/tech etc.) on multiple data and business-driven projects - Work with Tech/Engineering teams to build and maintain the business analytics ecosystem of the business unit - Work closely with the leadership team to define, track and measure key business goals/metrics for the organization Qualifications : - Min. 5 years of relevant work experience - MBA will be preferred (Not mandatory) - Experience of working in Startups / Consulting / Operations - Strong problem-solving ability with competent analytics capability is a must for this role - Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills - Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross-functional interactions. - Must be metrics-driven. Have a background in quantitative decision-making, the ability to drive business/operations metrics, and driving adoption of different tools and resources.
