Designation Product Manager (Healthcare).

Required Work exp : 3-5 years.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization based on business goals and market needs.

- Create and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRD) with detailed workflows, wireframes, and user journeys.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement UI/UX screens, ensuring seamless user experience.

- Develop and maintain workflow diagrams for patient journeys, claim processes, and telehealth interactions.

- Ensure integration with APIs, EHRs, and healthcare data systems while maintaining compliance.

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), validate product functionality, and iterate based on feedback.

- Monitor key metrics like user engagement, retention, and health outcomes to refine product strategy.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (tech, sales, operations) to drive product adoption and improvements.

Requirements:

- Certification like CSPO/CCBA/PBA would be advantageous.

- A minimum of Three years' experience in healthcare industry.

- Understanding Clinical Workflows and operations.

- Acquainted with Medical terminologies and processes.

- Strong requirement elicitation skills.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Acumen for Screen design, mock screens, wireframes.

- Strong attention to details and technicalities.

- Excellent organizational and technical skills.

- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.

Expected Educational Qualification :


A Bachelor's degree in Medicine (MBBS/BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/BDS/BPT), MBA in Healthcare/Hospital Management or equivalent.

Job location Thane, Maharashtra.
