About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr.Regional Manager to lead our tele sales operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large sales teams, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive performance using data insights and sales metrics.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage telesales teams across multiple locations

- Drive sales targets and ensure high team productivity and performance

- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics and take data-driven decisions

- Design and implement sales processes, scripts, and campaigns for various products/services

- Collaborate with training and quality teams to ensure consistent performance and development

- Motivate and mentor team leaders and associates to achieve KPIs

- Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management

- Use CRM tools and dashboards to track progress and identify improvement areas

- Drive hiring, training, and onboarding of telesales associates as needed

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in tele sales or inside sales, with 3+ years in a managerial role

- Proven experience managing large teams across multiple locations

- Strong analytical skills; ability to make data-backed decisions

- Hands-on experience with sales CRMs and performance dashboards

- Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills

- Strong problem-solving ability and a result-oriented mindset

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.

- Experience in FinTech, Insurance, or BPO sectors.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
