What we are looking for in the candidate:
- Someone who takes ownership and can operate with clarity even when things are unstructured
- Strong problem-solver with a first-principles approach
- Can move between thinking strategically and executing hands-on
- Clear, concise communicator - written and verbal
- Comfortable working individually and with cross-functional teams
- Data-driven, able to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities
- Brings discipline, resilience, and consistency to sales and growth work
- Has 2-4 years of experience, MBA preferred.
What will your primary responsibilities be:
- Manage an evolving Customer Experience team handling customer engagement, retention and growth via cross selling/upselling. Build processes that strengthen customer engagement and improve adoption.Own training and hiring process for the Customer Experience team. Align it with the strategies and growth plan.

- Design and drive performance reviews for the team.
- Create and improve scripts, playbooks, and system workflows.
- Track funnel performance, customer feedback and customer outcomes. Use insights to refine messaging, positioning, and retention interventions.
- Coordinate with Product, Ops, & Partnerships teams for campaigns, launches and improvement ideas. Run experiments, document learnings and help scale what works.
