Role Overview:

The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering key operational and strategic programs within Lithium. This role will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with business objectives, while managing cross- functional coordination and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and execution of strategic programs and initiatives across cities and business units.

- Collaborate with operations, technology, and client servicing teams to deliver seamless program implementation.

- Monitor program performance using defined KPIs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues promptly.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.

- Prepare regular status reports and present progress updates to senior management.

- Drive process improvement initiatives for efficiency and scalability.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Experience: 4+ years in program/project management, preferably in mobility, logistics, transport, or technology sectors.

- Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA/Project Management certification preferred.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven track record in handling cross-functional projects and large-scale program rollouts.

- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira, etc.).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.

- Problem-solving mindset and data-driven decision-making abilities.
