Key Responsibilities:
- Drive acquisition of new B2B partners across IFA channels, national distributors, stockbrokers, and wealth firms.
- Deepen relationships with existing partners to enhance engagement and increase wallet share.
- Manage and scale a large client portfolio, focusing on Fixed Income and alternate investment products.
- Generate investment inflows from assigned partner channels.
- Conduct regular product training sessions for partners and clients on investment products such as Bonds and similar instruments.
- Manage overall sales and revenue targets in the Western zone.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of 7-10 high-performing Relationship Managers.
- Execute strategic initiatives, including business engagement activities with channel partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze process gaps and lead optimization projects.
- Own the regional P&L, drive operational efficiency, and deliver business growth.
Key Requirements:
- MBA from Tier 1 college is preferred.
Professional Experience:
- 4-7 years of experience in B2B financial sales or strategic partnerships.
- Proven track record in business development and channel partner acquisition.
- Experience in managing a team of 7-10 sales professionals.
- Exposure to fintech ecosystems or partnerships is a plus.
