Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive acquisition of new B2B partners across IFA channels, national distributors, stockbrokers, and wealth firms.

2. Deepen relationships with existing partners to enhance engagement and increase wallet share.

3.Manage and scale a large client portfolio, focusing on Fixed Income and alternate investment products.

4.Generate investment inflows from assigned partner channels.

5.Conduct regular product training sessions for partners and clients on investment products such as Bonds and similar instruments.

6. Manage overall sales and revenue targets in the Western zone.

7. Lead, coach, and manage a team of 7-10 high-performing Relationship Managers.

8. Execute strategic initiatives, including business engagement activities with channel partners.

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze process gaps and lead optimization projects.

10. Own the regional P&L, drive operational efficiency, and deliver business growth.

Key Requirements:

CA (Preferred) / MBA (Finance) / CFA / Postgraduate.

Professional Experience:

1. 10-15 years of experience in B2B financial sales or strategic partnerships.

2. Proven track record in business development and channel partner acquisition.

3. Experience in managing a team of 7-10 sales professionals.

4. Strong understanding of financial products, especially fixed income, bonds, or investment alternatives.

5. Exposure to fintech ecosystems or partnerships is a plus.
