About the Role:

We are seeking an execution-focused Program Manager to join our Founder's Office. In this role, you will work directly with leadership to translate strategic vision into high-impact execution. You will act as a force multiplier, driving high-priority business initiatives across Product, Tech, Operations, Finance, and Risk in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Execution:

- Partner with leadership to convert high-level strategic objectives into clear execution plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

- Drive end-to-end management of critical programs across Business, Technology, Operations, Legal, and Compliance without direct reporting authority.

Business Problem Solving:

- Identify operational bottlenecks, conduct root-cause analysis, and build scalable solutions to support rapid business growth.

Process Optimization:

- Streamline workflows, introduce automation, and improve overall operational performance across departments.

Performance & Tracking:

- Build and monitor metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track program performance and proactively mitigate risks.

Stakeholder Management:

- Establish governance mechanisms, aligning key internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless, on-time project execution.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

Education:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree from Tier-1 premier institutes (IITs, IIMs, BITS, NITs, etc.).

Experience:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Program Management, Strategy, Business Operations, or Founder's Office roles.

Startup Track Record:

- Proven experience working in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments with direct exposure to scaling operations.

Business Acumen:

- Strong commercial mindset and business understanding with the ability to navigate commercial, operational, and financial levers.

Analytical Ability:

- Strong proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and BI tools to drive structured, data-backed decision-making.

Execution Focus:

- Strong bias for action, extreme ownership, and comfort in managing ambiguity while leading cross-functional teams.
