Location: Marol, Mumbai

Role Overview

We are hiring a Product Manager with experience in NBFC or Fintech lending, especially short-term personal loans. The role focuses on designing digital lending apps, managing technology integrations, and owning the product from idea to launch and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the product roadmap for short-term personal loan products

- Design and improve mobile and web lending applications

- Work closely with engineering, design, risk, compliance, and operations teams

- Gather business requirements and convert them into PRDs, user stories, and wireframes

Manage API integrations with partners such as:

- KYC & Video KYC

- Credit bureaus

- Payment gateways, E-Mandate/NACH

- LOS, LMS, and banking systems

- Ensure products follow RBI digital lending and KYC guidelines

- Support product launches, monitor performance, and improve customer journeys

- Track key metrics like conversion, approval rates, disbursal TAT, and drop-offs

Required Skills & Experience

- 7-10 years of experience as a Product Manager in NBFC / Fintech

- Hands-on experience with personal loans or short-term credit products

- Experience in app design and end-to-end product delivery

- Good understanding of API-based integrations

- Familiarity with LOS, LMS, KYC, and payment systems

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

- Hands on experience on Tools like Jira, Figma, Google Docs/Sheets

- Strong communication and coordination skills
