LiquiLoans - Manager - Finance

Job Summary:

- We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee our financial planning, budgeting, and reporting functions.

- The Finance Manager will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing insights to support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process; liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.

- Support strategic planning by providing financial analysis and modeling.

- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.

- Manage and mentor the finance team.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).

- Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or CMA is a plus.

- Proficient in financial software and tools (e. , Excel, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and other regulatory standards
