Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-performing professional to join the "Founders Office" and work closely with the Founder and senior leadership team on business strategy, P&L management, performance management and strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage P&L for assigned business verticals, including revenue, costs and profitability.
- Drive AOP, budgeting and financial planning in collaboration with business heads.
- Conduct monthly business reviews, variance analysis and gap analysis against targets.
- Develop MIS, dashboards and management decks with actionable business insights.
- Work with HR and business heads on goal setting, KRAs, performance management and incentive structures.
- Act as an independent performance/audit function to identify business gaps and drive corrective actions.
- Work with department heads on strategic planning and execution of key business initiatives.
- Review processes and technology infrastructure and identify opportunities for automation and scalability.
- Drive cross-functional problem solving and follow up on key management action items.
- Support the Founder in critical hiring and other strategic initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- 8-15 years of experience in Founders Office, Strategy, Business Finance, FP&A, Consulting, Business Operations or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of P&L, financial analysis, budgeting and business performance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with Founders/CXOs.
- High ownership, execution orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in NBFC/Fintech/Banking/Wealth Management/Financial Services preferred.
