Job Overview: We are seeking an Associate Director Growth & Marketing who is entrepreneurial, data focused, and hands on across all areas of the growth marketing function. This Person will be responsible for developing and executing customer acquisition campaigns and focused on acquiring new customers in order to grow the brand. Role & Responsibilities: - Manage & scale mobile marketing across Google & Fb along with 3rd party partners delivering new customers at defined CAC & quality. - Build, own and be accountable for the entire growth marketing funnel - Work with data and analytics teams to implement best measurement frameworks, run A/B and multivariate tests to iterate into new ideas. - Drive top-line results in order to hit weekly, quarterly, and annual growth targets. - Have an eye for good copy, content and creatives. Apart from growth objectives, the role will require to improve the quality of elements like creative and copy in-line with the brand guidelines. - Leverage a "Test Control" approach to constantly improve scale and quality of relevant users. - Use data-driven marketing strategy to identify trends/patterns and opportunities for innovation and make optimization recommendations across the user's journey. - Drive continuous improvement and optimization through experiments, continuous A/B testing and generating hypotheses. - Improve efficiency by identifying ways to eliminate repetitive manual work. Job Requirements: - Minimum 7 years B2C technology experience in a growth marketing or growth-focused product management function. - Bachelor or MBA degree in marketing, business, technology, or relevant field of study. - Combination of analytical and creative thinking, with excellent attention to detail. - A mind that analyses & seeks out opportunities and experiments with campaigns to continuously optimize conversions and improve the customer experience - A solid understanding of how Direct Response, Digital Strategy, Optimisation, Sales Funnels, UX, UI, page performance, Google AdWords, SEO and Facebook Ads affect and can improve conversion rates - Passion for quantitative analysis and ability to turn analysis into actionable programs. - Experience in holistic growth planning - research, forecasting, planning, execution and performance analysis. - A proven track record of meeting business goals through performance-driven marketing. - Been a part of 1-10 start-up journeys and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. - Understanding of play store analytics and app ecosystem.
