Role Profile:

This role sits as part of a first line compliance function to ensure that functionality, processes and reporting outputs built for Reporting Ops meet the regulatory criteria as documented by the relevant regulatory instructions, regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the BAU compliance function to ensure that the Regulatory Reporting functionality built and released quarterly comply with reporting requirements.

- Deliver test scripts and execute them in the test environment using SQL.

- Validate test execution outcomes with expected results and identify non-compliance.

- Document test cases and script execution results for presentation to stakeholders.

- Provide feedback to the build & design teams in cases of re-build required for compliance.

Technical Skills:

- Exposure to Liquidity reports LCR, NSFR, Maturity ladders etc.

- Proficient in interrogating databases via SQL queries.

- Ability to interpret and use ETL documents and related SQL scripts.

- Proficient in the use of test tools (such as Quality Centre) and test processes.

- Competence with dealing with large complex datasets.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Education:

- Educated to minimum of graduate degree level or equivalent.

Prior Experience:

- Financial Services Test Experience across both internal reporting and regulatory requirements.

- Experience in testing, driven by IT systems implementation or enhancement, across a large organisation.

- Experience of working in a large banking organisation preferred.
