As the Growth Marketing - D2C, you will be the strategic driver behind the online business unit of Lino Perros. This includes full ownership of website sales growth, digital marketing performance, customer acquisition and retention, and e-commerce operations. You will architect and execute a data-driven, performance-led strategy to significantly scale our D2C revenue through www.linoperros.com, building a world-class online customer experience while preserving our premium brand identity.
This role is ideal for a growth-focused marketing leader with a deep understanding of the luxury consumer, strong analytical thinking, and proven results in building D2C e-commerce brands.
Key Responsibilities:
D2C Strategy & Leadership:
- Own and drive the end-to-end P&L for the D2C business (website).
- Define and lead a robust growth strategy that delivers revenue, traffic, retention, and customer LTV targets.
- Lead cross-functional teams spanning performance marketing, e-commerce operations, UX, creative, retention marketing, and customer experience.
- Define and enforce key success metrics including ROAS, CAC, AOV, CLTV, cart abandonment, and repeat purchase rates.
Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition:
- Create and optimize full-funnel digital campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Programmatic, and Affiliates.
- Drive new customer acquisition at scale while maintaining healthy CAC and ROAS.
- Test and implement scalable campaigns using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalized targeting.
- Monitor and optimize ad creative, audience insights, and channel mix using GA4, Shopify analytics, and attribution tools.
Website Experience & CRO:
- Own website performance in terms of traffic, UX/UI, speed, conversion rate, and customer journey mapping.
- Oversee landing page development, product merchandising, visual storytelling, and personalization strategies.
- Work with tech/design teams to continuously improve website experience through heat maps, session recordings, and A/B tests.
- Ensure best-in-class mobile experience.
Retention, CRM & Customer Lifecycle:
- Build an Omni channel retention strategy leveraging email, SMS, WhatsApp, loyalty programs, and retargeting.
- Design post-purchase flows, win-back campaigns, loyalty and VIP segmentation models.
- Improve repeat purchase rate and CLTV through continuous engagement.
E-commerce Operations & Merchandising:
- Drive coordination between marketing, merchandising, and supply chain for stock forecasting and hero product promotions.
- Implement real-time data dashboards to track product performance, stockouts, and campaign alignment.
- Ensure smooth catalog management, on-time product drops, and optimized checkout flow.
Team Leadership & Agency Management:
- Build, lead, and mentor an internal team across performance, creative, content, tech, and CRM functions.
- Select and manage external agencies (digital, creative, influencers, media buying) for efficiency and output.
- Foster a performance-driven culture with ownership mindset and rapid experimentation.
