Finance Specialist

We are seeking a highly qualified and detail-oriented Finance Specialist with certified expertise in Forensic Auditing. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating financial irregularities, leading forensic audits, and advising on internal controls. The ideal candidate has a strong finance background, certification in forensic auditing, and real-world experience identifying fraud and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

- Certification in Forensic Audit (mandatory)

- Proven practical experience in forensic auditing

- Solid understanding of financial reporting, risk management, and regulatory compliance

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, investigate, and report:

- Financial irregularities

- Fraud, embezzlement, and other suspicious activities

- Gaps in compliance and internal controls

- Analyze accounting records, transaction logs, and financial statements to uncover discrepancies

- Prepare detailed audit reports, findings, and evidence-based recommendations

- Work closely with legal, compliance, and HR teams on fraud-related cases

- Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies and anti-fraud controls

- Assist in strengthening internal audit frameworks and financial governance policies

- Conduct interviews with staff and stakeholders as part of the audit process

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current financial controls

- Provide expert insights into complex transactions, accounting anomalies, or high-risk financial activities

- Stay updated with regulatory changes, audit standards, and forensic investigation techniques
