Job Description: Valuations Analyst - Private Credit

Position Responsibilities

- Review and update valuations for private credit deals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.

- Collaborate with investment teams to understand deal structures and underlying assumptions.

- Prepare and present valuation reports and analysis to senior management.

- Coordinate with external valuation firms and auditors to support the valuation process.

- Stay updated on market trends, valuation methods, and regulatory changes impacting private credit.

- Validate and review valuation inputs, models, and assumptions with internal deal teams.

- Manage third-party valuation reviews and ensure smooth communication with auditors.

Must-Have Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in valuations, credit, or investment roles.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, modeling, and analysis).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.

- Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and valuation concepts.

Good to Have (Optional Plus):

- Experience with private credit, private equity, or alternative investments.

- Familiarity with valuation software/tools.

- Exposure to working with auditors and external valuation firms.
