Position Overview:

- We are seeking a visionary Technology Consulting leader for our technology advisory and consulting practice.

- This senior managerial role requires a proven track record of building and leading high-value consulting engagements, developing strategic technology roadmaps for enterprise clients, and driving digital transformation initiatives across the investment management and financial services sectors.

Responsibilities:

Senior Leadership Role in Consulting Practice:

- Build and lead a world-class technology software consulting teams, establishing thought leadership in financial technology transformation

- Develop methodologies and frameworks for digital transformation, system modernization, and technology strategy

- Create and execute the strategic vision for services, including service offerings, pricing models, and market positioning

- Drive business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations, and relationship building with C-level executives

Client Advisory & Relationship Management:

- Serve as trusted technology advisor to senior executives at investment management firms, hedge funds, and financial institutions

- Lead complex consulting engagements valued at $1M+ annually, managing client expectations and ensuring exceptional delivery

- Build long-term partnerships with key clients, expanding wallet share through additional consulting opportunities

Strategic Technology Leadership:

- Define technology strategies for clients across front, middle, and back office operations

- Lead architectural reviews and technology due diligence for data warehouses, system implementations, and platform migrations

- Provide expert guidance on emerging technologies including AI/ML, cloud transformation, data analytics, and regulatory technology

- Develop industry insights and publish thought leadership content to establish market presence

Team Development & Practice Growth:

- Build and mentor a team of senior technology consultants, solution architects, and domain experts

- Establish centers of excellence in key technology domains relevant to financial services

- Create career development pathways for consulting professionals and technical specialists

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the consulting practice

Business Development & Revenue Growth:

- Drive revenue growth for the consulting practice

- Develop strategic partnerships with system integrators, technology vendors, and industry consultancies

- Lead pursuit activities for large-scale transformation projects and multi-year consulting engagements

- Represent Linedata at industry conferences, client events, and thought leadership forums

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Skills Required:

Consulting Leadership Experience:

- 14+ years in technology consulting with minimum 5 years in senior leadership roles

- Proven track record of building and scaling consulting practices

- Experience managing large consulting engagements with enterprise clients

- Demonstrated success in client acquisition, relationship management, and business development

Technology Leadership:

- Strategic technology vision with ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions

- Architecture expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, APIs, and modern application development

- Experience with data management, analytics platforms, AI/ML implementations, and digital transformation initiatives

- Understanding of emerging technologies and their application in financial services

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Finance, or related field

- Professional certifications in cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, or project management

- Published thought leadership in technology or financial services publications

- Experience with digital transformation at tier-1 investment management firms
