Role Objective:


The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving business growth in the assigned region by expanding distribution, developing new business opportunities, managing NPL initiatives, supporting new product launches, and executing special projects.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Expanding Distribution:


- Identify, appoint, and develop new distributors, dealers, and channel partners across the assigned territory.

- Strengthen relationships with existing distributors to improve market penetration and coverage.



- Monitor distributor performance and ensure achievement of sales and distribution targets.


2. Business Development:


- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments for Linc Limited products.

- Develop and execute regional business development plans aligned with company objectives.



- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to support growth initiatives.


3. NPL (New Product Launch):


- Support NPL initiatives by identifying gaps, opportunities, and corrective actions in the market.

- Coordinate with internal teams to improve performance of underperforming products or categories.



- Ensure effective execution of strategies related to NPL as defined by management.


4. Feedback for New Launches:


- Collect structured market feedback on new product launches from distributors, retailers, and end customers.

- Share insights on product performance, pricing, packaging, and customer acceptance with the marketing and product teams.



- Recommend improvements or course corrections based on real-time market feedback.


5. Special Projects:


- Execute special assignments and strategic projects as assigned by the director.

- Support pilot programs, market studies, and cross-functional initiatives.



- Ensure timely execution and reporting of project milestones.


6. Travel:


- Travel with the Director during official tours to support reviews, distributor meetings, and strategic discussions.

- Independently travel within and outside the region as required to manage business objective


Preferred candidate profile:


- Strong business development and distribution management skills

- Market analysis and customer relationship management



- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities



- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities



- Willingness to travel extensively



- Strong execution mindset, negotiation skills, and result orientation



- Willingness to travel extensively and work in a high-growth, target-driven environment
