About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee end-to-end financial management, compliance, and reporting across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in accounting standards, audit management, MIS reporting, and revenue assurance. This role requires a hands-on professional who can ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely submissions.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure books of accounts are maintained accurately as per Local GAAP and IFRS requirements.

2. Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

3.Manage and coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits for all entities.

4.Ensure all audits are completed within stipulated timelines.

5.Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary documentation and clarifications.

6.Prepare and submit MIS reports on time, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.

7.Support leadership in financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis.

8.Ensure all regulatory and statutory compliances are completed accurately and on time.

9.Monitor revenue recognition and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

10.Partner with business teams to support collections, reduce outstanding receivables, and ensure revenue accuracy.

11.Track customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and drive cash flow improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-8 years of relevant experience.

2. Strong knowledge of Local GAAP, IFRS, and audit processes.

3. Experience in managing multi-entity accounting will be an advantage.

4. Proficiency in accounting tools/ERP systems.

5. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
