Purpose:
The goal of the Program Manager is to oversee business/strategic projects and ensure that are completed on time and within budget.
This role will also contribute to the overall planning function of the K-12 business
Role and responsibilities
- Actively contribute to building the overall plans - financial , operational, investment and strategic
- Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
- Implementing project management, including building the roadmaps , aligning goals , setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
- Analyzing MIS across functions relevant to delivering overall goals of the K-12 business, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
- Defining inter dependencies within various functional leads of the K-12 business
- Calendarise reviews and oversee the development of the project , ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
- Co-creating key performance indicators for the project, sharing it and reviewing it periodically with key stakeholders and the leadership team.
Experience and Qualification
- MBA from Tier I/ Tier II with 1-3 years of experience in Project Management/Strategy
- Adept at power point & Excel, with high analytical orientation
- Excellent written and oral English language skills.
- Ability to manage strategic projects
- Should have a mindset to build plans and reviews
- Additional certification in project management is a plus
- Experience in customer management or market sales or B2C marketing
