Position Title Manager - Transformation Office

Purpose: This role will work on high-impact strategic and transformation initiatives across businesses.

Role and responsibilities:

- Drive strategic and transformation initiatives across functions such as operations, finance, growth, and new business development

- Build robust financial models to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, cost optimization initiatives, and growth scenarios

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making and expansion plans

- Develop structured problem-solving approaches and translate insights into actionable recommendations

- Create high-quality presentations and leadership decks for senior management and board-level discussions

- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to track execution, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives

- Support change management efforts and help institutionalize best practices across the organization

Experience and Qualification:

- MBA from a reputed institute with 3-5 years of work experience in a business consulting role

- Prior experience with top-tier consulting firms (MBB / Big 4 / reputed strategy consulting firms) or corporate strategy teams in well-known organizations

- Exposure to the services industry is a strong plus

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong analytical horsepower with advanced financial modeling skills

- Sharp problem structuring and hypothesis-driven thinking

- High-quality communication and storytelling skills, with comfort presenting to senior stakeholders

- Ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

- Strong ownership mindset with bias toward action
