Purpose:

This role holder will plan, implement and monitor all Digital marketing activities for Euro Kids & Kangaroo Kids brand with respect to Performance Marketing, Website Management & Google Analytics.

Role and responsibilities:

- Responsible for marketing spends on mobile/web channels for user acquisition:

- Business and growth targets and improve them QoQ for channels such as Google, Facebook,

- LinkedIn and related platforms.

- Candidate will be responsible for driving admissions and franchise sign-up leads for EuroKids and Kangaroo Kids as per business plan.

- Plan, execute and track performance campaigns to deliver efficiency and best ROI.

- Right digital and creative strategy for effective digital campaign results.

- Design, build and maintain social media presence for EK & KK Franchise:

- Implementing best practices for raising brand awareness, brand recall and consistency in social media messaging through Social media marketing strategies.

- Leveraging social media platforms i.

- Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.

- Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.

- Improving user experience on the company's websites (including design, content, and usability).

Essential Candidate Profile:

- Any Graduate with 5-9 years of hands on experience in Digital Marketing, website management, e-mail campaigns etc.

- Certified in Digital/Branding/ Marketing.

- Hands on experience in performance marketing and digital platforms like Facebook, Google SEM, SEO, GMB etc.

- Google Analytics and Mobile Measurement.

- Tools like Appsflyer/Singular/Firebase.

- Well versed in Data Analysis and making sense of data.

- Interested in working in the fast paced, growing corporate environment.

- Strong Collaborator & Team player, with ability to work closely with business and key stakeholders.

- PG/ MBA in Marketing (preferrable).
