Role Purpose:
The role holder will lead the enrollment strategy for the Billabong High International School (BHIS) brand, driving student admissions through effective planning, team leadership, and collaboration with Marketing and School Operations teams. The focus is to achieve enrollment targets while ensuring an exceptional parent experience and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of Admission Counsellors across campuses.
- Set clear targets, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Foster a high-performance culture through motivation, collaboration, and accountability.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion
- Drive qualified lead generation through ground activations, events, and BTL marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to ensure a steady flow of leads from online channels.
- Analyze CRM data to identify conversion gaps and design targeted interventions.
- Oversee the end-to-end admission funnel-from enquiry and campus visits to enrollment closure.
3. Marketing & Brand Visibility
- Implement the group's marketing strategy at the school level; support the design of localized marketing plans.
- Strengthen school visibility through media engagement, PR, and storytelling of student and school achievements.
- Conceptualize and execute internal parent/community events to foster engagement and brand advocacy.
4. Stakeholder & Parent Engagement
- Ensure an exceptional parent counselling and onboarding experience across all touchpoints.
- Partner with Principals and school teams to address parent feedback and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct parent satisfaction and exit surveys; analyze findings and present actionable insights to leadership.
5. Operational Excellence
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new enrollment opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to school policies, codes of conduct, and Lighthouse Learning's brand standards.
- Prepare and present periodic reports and dashboards on enrollment performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Postgraduate degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred.
Experience:
10-15 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Enrollment, ideally in the Education sector or other service-driven industries (e.g., Retail, Hospitality, Tourism, BFSI, Real Estate).
