Job Summary

Lifewear Technologies is looking for an experienced Trade Marketing professional to strengthen brand presence, drive in-store excellence, and improve sell-through across channels. The role will focus on developing and executing trade marketing strategies aligned with sales and brand objectives, working closely with sales, merchandising, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to drive secondary sales and improve market penetration

- Plan, manage, and execute in-store promotions, visibility initiatives, and POSM deployment

- Work closely with the sales team to align trade plans with regional and channel-wise objectives

- Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI on trade spends

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to refine trade strategies

- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams for timely execution of campaigns-

- Ensure consistent brand communication across all trade touchpoints

- Track and report performance of trade programs, promotions, and schemes

- Support new product launches with effective trade-focused activation plans

- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and modern trade partners

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-8 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in apparel, lifestyle, FMCG, or consumer goods

- Strong understanding of general trade, modern trade, and distributor-driven markets

- Proven experience in managing promotions, visibility, and in-store execution

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and market data

- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis tools

Educational Qualification

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or equivalent (preferred)
