SUMMARY  Responsible for Business Development Area - Buying, Negotiation with vendors, Coordinate with MC, warehouse reference to timely movement of stocks.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  Product Planning  Coordinate with vendors for the product finalization in line with the vision of the company  Manage and control inventory levels as per the business norms  Work closely with the stores and functional areas to best determine products and services to be sourced and fine tune on regular intervals to meet consumer demands  Competition mapping to be done on quarterly basis and present during management review  Co-ordinate with design team for the mood boards for the respective concept and current themes approved for the respective season and prepare and Theme Board presentation  Finalize on the pricing bracket, SKU, stock allocation store wise for the category  Financial Planning  Ensure the budgeted v/s the actual are maintained at Brand / category level  Monthly Analyze the sell through and identify buying options for the forthcoming season  Responsible for Budgeted sell through and revenue of stores by analyzing the brand performance  Ensuring Markdowns should not cross the limit agreed with Finance  Stock Management   Ensure liquidation of stocks Pre EOSS and Post EOSS according to the budgets  Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of stocks to the warehouse and manage required inventory levels  Product Presentation  Collaborate with marketing and visual merchandising team to represent and support the product sale  Coordinate with retail team for new product launch and additional space requirements if any  Constantly improve standards of product presentation at stores  Research the brand, pricing, and merchandise presentation strategies  Imports  Order merchandise as per the requirement for the concept and ensure timely delivery prior to the season  Ensure timely clearance of stock delivery whilst following the right commercial agreement requirement  Co-ordinate with Import team and follow the legal requirements  Warehouse and vendor queries  Coordination with Warehouse and Vendor regarding queries/Mismatches.  Deliveries  Follow up of deliveries against the order raised.  Replenishment and Pull out  Replenishment Raising indents, Store pull out and Import consolidation.  Coordinating for purchase returns  Coordinating with warehouse and vendor for prn returns  Po generation process and follow up  Raising Po indents  Ensuring PO send on time to vendor  Desired Candidate Profile  Candidate should have minimum 5 Yrs experience in buying Ladies Jewelries.  Should be aware of Latest Trend and styles going in Market.  Candidate with Ladies Western Wear Buying Experience or with Imitation Jewelries buying experience can be considered for the Role.
